We have a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with a broad spectrum of projects, and are well-equipped to support, coordinate and manage almost any type of project - around the corner or across the world - according to the needs of the project owner and key stakeholders.

Being NHBRC registered, we can undertake technical management and monitoring roles on construction projects. We also monitor construction projects on behalf of non-resident property owners to keep their projects on schedule and on budget while they focus on their business.

Scope of project services:

Support senior management and the commercial teams so that all project requirements are anticipated and met.

Review project risk assessment and risk mitigation measures.

Administer the construction management software platform to ensure that all information is recorded and is available to the project stakeholders.

Compile and periodically review project documents (CDM2015: CMP, TMP, CPP, FRMP, EMP, CLP, etc.).

Monitor, refine and update systems and processes.

Construction Logistics Management (CLOCS).

Review and manage drawings, liaise with architects and engineers to query discrepancies, anomalies and errors.

Support project management and construction teams to meet the timelines, milestones, critical path and budget.

Monitor compliance to construction standards and statutory requirements.

Monitor adherence to health & safety requirements on sites.

Monitor, evaluate, review and validate progress in allocated tasks and activities on site against project schedule.

Review site diaries and daily site reports to validate the crews' hours against their invoicing.

Monitor and review subcontractors' performance against subcontract orders to avoid project delays.

Log and track project issues, propose solutions to construction challenges.

Monitor resource management and materials scheduling.

Supply chain management - negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and best buying practices to improve project profitability and manage lead times to ensure that the specified materials and equipment are on site when required to avoid delays.

Work with the QS and commercial team to manage material take-offs and procurement planning.

Review PO's and deliveries against take-offs to monitor material usage and inventory management on site.

Specific to light steel construction and modular projects:

As specialists in light frame steel construction, projects can be built quicker because prefabrication can take place while site preparations are under way, and erection on site can take place in conditions not suited to brick-and-mortar construction.

Preconstruction on LSF & modular projects: MMC, DfMA, light gauge steel framing, prefabrication and assembly.

Align planning and manufacturing to meet project requirements.

Coordinate engineering and architectural teams to ensure that the plans are aligned across the disciplines.

Train site crews in all aspects of light steel construction.

Help site managers to solve challenges with unfamiliar construction products and technologies.
