  • Form strategic alliances between regional real estate groups to build on synergy, assist them in formulating and implementing mutually beneficial growth strategies to increase their market share.

  • Market research:

    • Demand per land use category, market potential and price levels, etc.

    • Package and structure projects according to the extent of demand and price levels.

  • Reporting on construction projects (new builds, alterations and renovations) - we create a clear brief in consultation with clients – objectives, priorities, budgets, timeframes, procurement, constraints, assumptions and strategies.

  • Experience across many property sectors: freehold, sectional title, fractional title, residential, commercial, industrial, airport-related development, retail, hotel & conferencing, lifestyle & leisure resorts, nature- & eco-estates.

  • Develop strategies for local authorities for sustainable development to attract investment and create jobs.

  • Investigations into transactional and construction irregularities in new developments and HOA's.
